Referral Marketing Disclosure
Roof Replacement Waxhaw NC is a referral service, not a roofing company. This page explains plainly how the site works and how it is paid, so homeowners in Waxhaw, NC and nearby North Carolina towns know what happens when they ask for help.
Prefer to talk? Call now(704) 555-0138This site connects homeowners with independent local roofers. It is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. We don't have a crew, we don't install roofs and we don't sign roofing contracts.
When you fill in a form or call (704) 555-0138, your request goes to one independent local roofer who serves your area. That roofer contacts you, inspects the roof and writes the estimate. If you hire them, your contract, warranty and payment are with them alone.
The site is paid by the roofing business it refers requests to, not by you. That payment may be a fee per referral or a set fee for the site's leads. The inspection and estimate cost you nothing, and you're never required to hire the roofer you're connected with. You're free to get other estimates as well.
North Carolina has no roofer license for jobs under $40,000, so for smaller jobs, ask about experience and insurance instead. For a job of $40,000 or more, the contractor must hold a general contractor license, and you can check it with the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. Any roofer should be able to show proof of insurance when you ask.
We never offer to pay or waive a deductible, and we don't handle insurance claims. The roofer can document damage; you, your insurer and a licensed public adjuster, if you hire one, handle the claim.
